Talk therapy, also known as psychotherapy, or counselling, is the most common form of therapy due to its effectiveness in helping individuals explore and address emotional and psychological challenges through conversation.
However, even though talk therapy is widely used and beneficial for many, it may not be suited for everyone due to individual differences in how people process emotions and engage with therapy.

Animal assisted therapy.

By doing exercises with these animals, individuals can understand traumas, regulated emotions and experience reduced stress, increased motivation, and improved social skills, as the animal's presence often fosters a sense of teaching and connection.
